Front wings

W = width of the wing, measured along the centre line of the headlight support hole.
H = height of the wing, measured from the centre of the headlight support hole down (shortest possible).
G = height of the horn grille, measured from the centre of the grille down (shortest possible).

Side panels

  • 7A May 1934
    On the right panel there is a hole for passing through the exhaust (only on very early cars)

  • 7 / 11AL May 1934 - May 1936
    On the left panel there is a bump to clear the steering box.

  • 7 / 11AL / 11BL May 1936 onwards
    On the left panel the bump is gone and there is a bracket for an oil container on the inside.
    On the right panel there is a hole for clearing the exhaust.

  • 11A June 1934 - November 1934
    The panels run along the grille and join at the bottom.
    On the left panel there is a bump to clear the steering box.
    On the right panel there is a funnel to direct cold air into the sill.

  • 11A November 1934 - May 1936
    The panels run along the grille and join at the bottom.
    On the left panel there is a bump to clear the steering box.
    There is no funnel on the right panel.

  • 11A / 11B May 1936 - March 1951
    The panels run along the grille and join at the bottom.
    On the left panel the bump is gone and there is a bracket for an oil container on the inside.
    On the right panel there is a hole for clearing the exhaust.

  • 11B March 1951 onwards
    The panels no longer run along the grille
    On the left panel is a bracket for an oil container on the inside.
    On the right panel there is a hole for clearing the exhaust.

  • 15 Six up to June 1950
    The panels are much bigger then the 11B ones but never join under the grille.

  • 15 Six June 1950 onwards
    On either panel there is a shutter.

Grille and Chevrons

  • 7A and 7B
    Two types of grille, either one piece or with the bars and the surround being different parts. Chromed, chevrons mounted behind the grille.


Wheels and tyres

  • May 1934 - October 1934
    5 stud Stop wheels, press-on hubcap with flat sharp edge, ring for hubcap almost as big as the hubcap. Tyres: 140x40 for the 7, 150x40 for the 11, 160x40 for the 11 familiale and limousine.

  • October 1934 - February 1937
    7 retains the 5 stud wheels, press-on hubcap is fitted over a "e"fence" the same size as the hubcap chromed center. 11 has 6 stud wheels. Hubcap falls over the center of the wheel (rounded edge). Tyres: 140x40 for the 7, 150x40 for the 11, 160x40 for the 11 familiale and limousine.

  • September 1937 - January 1938
    All cars have 5 stud wheels, press-on hubcap is fitted over a "e"fence" the same size as the hubcap chromed center. Tyres: 140x40 for the 7, 150x40 for the 11, 160x40 for the 11 familiale and limousine.

  • January 1938 - May 1946
    Pilote steel flat spoke wheels. Hubcap with high edge bolts onto tripod. Tyres: 165x400 for 7 and 11 berlines, 185x400 for familiale, limousine, commerciale and 15-six.

  • May 1946 - May 1952
    Steel wheels, fully closed. Bolt on hubcap with flat edge. Tyres: 165x400 for the 11 and 185x400 for the 15-six.

  • May 1952 - July 1957
    Steel wheels, 4 louvres (holes). Bolt on hubcap with flat edge. Tyres: 165x400 for the 11 and 185x400 for the familiale, commerciale and 15-six.


Headlights

  • May 1934 - May 1935
    Chromed headlights, no prisma on the headlight, flat glass, 200mm on the 7, 220mm on the 11.

Rear lights

  • May 1934 - October 1935
    Round light with chromed edge and red glass with blister in the middle. One light mounted in each rear wing.

    There are 3 types of these lights.

    1. Glass fitted in putty with double edge chromed ring (1934 - 1935)
    2. Glass fitted with spring ring, single edge chromed ring (1935 - 1938)
    3. Glass fitted with a round chrome ring around it. (not original Citroën?)

  • October 1935 - June 1938
    Round light with chromed edge and red glass with blister in the middle. One light is mounted in the right rear wing. One lights sits on top of the licenseplate holder in a steel ring with a hole for licenseplate lighting.

  • June 1938 - July 1952
    Round light with wig shaped glass, small lump on the glass and white section in otherwise red glass for licenseplate lighting. Only one rear light, fitted on the licenseplate holder.
  • July 1952 - 1954
    One AXO light fitted on the left wing.
  • 1954 - 1957
    One AXO light fitted on each wing.
